Role Overview:

ATX Acquisitions is a Real Estate investment company within the Rex ecosystem.  ATX invests in multiple asset classes including multifamily, hospitality and office. As the Director, Asset Management, you will be responsible for determining the strategy that maximizes the value of each asset and executing that strategy.


What you’ll do:

  • Oversee strategy and budgeting for different classes of real estate assets (multifamily, hospitality, office, etc…)
  • Provide oversight of property management companies to ensure adherence to the strategy and drive performance
  • Evaluate individual assets for liquidity events (refinances, distributions) and execute on those events
  • Develop financial models to analyze fund investment returns and make recommendations on fund liquidity events.
  • Facilitate reporting processes, controls, cash flow forecasting with Investor Relations
  • Field investor calls/emails pertaining to assets
  • Serve as the key point of contact for all joint venture relationships
  • On occasion, you might assist with asset dispositions and underwriting support

What you offer:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3 - 7 years of experience in/around real estate investing, asset management, and capital markets
  • Strong, proven financial acumen (verifiable analytical work)
  • Experience performing asset and fund level analysis to validate refinances, recapitalizations, and any other liquidity events, including stress testing for recessions, and creating 24-month cash flow analyses
  • Experience performing distribution analysis and assisting on distribution recommendations
  • Exception written and verbal communication
  • A born optimizer.  You love taking something and making it better. You always strive to improve things around you
