Job Role Overview

Rex is seeking driven hospitality executives with experience in 4+ star boutique hotels. Fine dining and large events must be a core competency, as well as digital marketing and creative revenue generation. Must be sophisticated, value aligned, and passionate about ownership’s vision. With a discerning eye, this candidate maximizes the guest experience by providing world class service.


What you’ll do:

  • Oversee day to day operations of a boutique hotel in downtown Austin, TX.
  • Build and maintain a team that shares and embraces ownership's vision for the hotel.
  • Creatively maximize event/outlet revenue through sales techniques and memorable service.
  • Oversee all food and beverage, including an event center, bar, and destination fine dining restaurant.

What you offer:

  • 10+ years in experience in hospitality management, preferably Austin, TX
  • 5+ year of food and beverage oversight
  • 3+ years of event oversight
