Job Role Overview

Rex is seeking a VP of Product Management to be the second in charge of all products, leveraging the Head of Product for Rex Tech. With character, skill, and backbone, this role will be responsible for product development of multiple early stage products.

What you’ll do:

  • Grow a suite of technology products solving previously unsolved problems in a multi-billion dollar market.
  • Attack complex business problems while leveraging cutting edge technologies.
  • Convert customer and business problems into jobs-to-be-done in the product, and drive execution with designers and engineering team. 
  • Partner closely with engineering and operational leadership to deliver delightful experiences for our customers and cross-functional teams.
  • Become a foundational member of a team of elite technologists, operation specialists, and subject matter experts all singularly focused on bringing a vision to life that will empower people and elevate humanity.

What you offer:

  • 6+ years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of building and scaling successful SaaS products from concept to launch.
  • Deep understanding of product management best practices, methodologies, and tools, with hands-on experience in agile development processes.
  • Hands-on problem solver with the acumen to prioritize what matters most.
  • Unwavering advocate for the customer and comfortable learning in the field
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, high growth start-up environment
  • Seek to understand operational problems in order to build a path to scale
  • History of delivering innovative products to market with a customer value-driven approach
  • Open to understanding operational problems with a drive to find ways to automate and scale business and product operations
