Attributes Of An Ideal Candidate / What You’ll Do In This Role

  • Relationship-driven sales hunter with demonstrable track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets at enterprise level. Doggedly driving at and attaining top strategic accounts.
  • Multifamily real estate credibility with strategic relationships and impeccable reputation. 
  • Loves sales. Fanatical hunter from cold to close. Sources contacts, generates leads, qualifies, advances, closes. Gutsy. Makes “the ask”. 
  • 10+yrs experience onboarding enterprise customers, successfully negotiating high-value B2B contracts (+$1m). Minimum 3+yrs software sales in real estate.
  • Master at nurturing relationships, building rapport. Generates significant leads and deepens relationships at industry events, meetups, and other in person activities.
  • Advanced organizational, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Strong technical and business acumen to communicate the intricacies of tools effectively.
  • Develops well-researched plans to attain major opportunities. Forecasts accurately.
  • Experience/discipline with CRM (i.e. Salesforce). Data-driven sales approach. 
  • Excited to hustle in the field, enjoying traveling, networking, knocking on doors. 
  • Passion for a startup, learning from customers, informing product strategy, refining the sales playbook, and thinking of innovative ways to craft the story.

Compensation & Requirements

  • Compensation commensurate with skill set with a bias toward equity to ensure shareholder alignment, hunger, and “skin in game”.
  • Realize life’s short; determined to make biggest impact.
  • Work from home, living locally in Austin (within 30 miles of downtown) for community purposes. Open to remote on an exception basis.
